Members are not responsible for the core governance functions or the business of the trust.  Their responsibility is ensuring the success of the trust in its duty to  "advance education for the public benefit".  They do this by remaining informed about the work of the trustees but do not actively seek to participate in it.

Members are responsible for the appointment of members and trustees, they also appoint and remove the auditors

The trust has five members as detailed in our articles of association.
