My name is Amelia Whitehouse, and I have been privileged to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Whipperley Academy Trust since February 2021. We are proud to be a family of three schools, following the addition of Weatherfield Academy to the Trust in January 2026. Together, our schools share a common vision: to work collaboratively to deliver excellence for every child.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to inclusive practice. We believe that every child can succeed when they are welcomed, valued and supported to thrive. Through high-quality teaching, strong relationships and a deep understanding of individual needs, we strive to ensure that all children, regardless of their starting points or circumstances, have access to an ambitious and engaging education.

We are driven by a passion to do our very best for the children and families in our care. Every day, our dedicated staff work tirelessly to ensure our academies are vibrant, exciting and nurturing places where children can learn, grow and develop a lifelong love of learning.

The diversity of our communities, combined with the expertise of our leaders and staff, makes our Trust an inspiring place to work and collaborate. By sharing knowledge, developing expertise and learning from one another, we create rich opportunities that enable children to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

Our ambition is for every academy within the Trust to provide outstanding learning experiences and excellent outcomes for all children. To achieve this, we are committed to developing collaborative professional learning opportunities across our schools, ensuring our staff continue to grow in confidence, skill and expertise. In doing so, we strengthen our ability to provide exceptional teaching, learning and pastoral support for every child.

Whipperley Academy Trust is also committed to working closely with local schools, partners and communities to improve opportunities for children across the wider area. By working together, sharing expertise and championing inclusion, we aim to make a lasting difference to the lives of the children and families we serve.
