Appeals Process:

You have the right to appeal when the school you prefer for your child is full and your application for a place has been refused by the admission authority.  The Whipperley Academy Trust uses Luton Borough Council Admissions Team for all applications including in year applications.  Our admissions authority handle appeals on behalf of the academy trust.
